Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, most of our jewelry is hypoallergenic. Please check the product description for details.

Yes, every shipment comes with a tracking code for your convenience.

What happens if my order is delayed?

Please contact us, and we will check with the courier regarding the status of your shipment.

Am I eligible for a return?

Items must be unused, undamaged, in original condition with packaging, tags, and accessories included. Jewelry must be in a resale condition.

Are all items returnable?

No, personalized or custom-made jewelry and items ordered for professional projects cannot be returned.

How long do I have to return my order?

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

How do I return my items?

Contact hello@abuamour.com within 30 days, provide your order number and reason for return, then ship the item back using a trackable service.

Who pays for return shipping?

Free returns are available in the United States, Canada, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland. If your country is not listed, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 30 business days after inspection.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us immediately at hello@abuamour.com with photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

At this time, we do not provide direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Contact us with your order details and reason for the exchange. After returning the item, you can place a new order for your preferred product.
